These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Tanglo's website, booking services and salon facilities. By booking an appointment, purchasing a package or using any service at Tanglo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Tanglo is strictly 18+ for sunbed use.
Valid photo ID may be required, especially for new clients. Accepted forms of ID may include a passport, driving licence or PASS card.
Tanglo operates a strict no-ID, no-tan policy.
By using Tanglo's sunbed services, you confirm that:
Tanglo reserves the right to refuse service if we believe sunbed use may be unsafe for you.
New clients must complete a consultation form and skin type assessment before their first session.
Maximum exposure times may be set according to your skin type, tanning history and session frequency.
Tanglo is not responsible for reactions caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Protective eyewear must be worn during every sunbed session.
Customers must follow all eyewear and safety instructions provided by Tanglo staff.
Walk-ins may be accepted, but availability is not guaranteed.
If you book online, please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time or loss of appointment.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is only possible more than 24 hours before your appointment.
No-shows are non-refundable. After 3 no-shows, rescheduling may no longer be allowed and a new paid booking may be required each time.
All sessions, packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Packages may have expiry dates and cannot be extended unless Tanglo closes unexpectedly or unless otherwise stated.
Sessions cannot be transferred to another person.
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking.
Tanglo accepts card payments. Cash acceptance may vary.
Prices, offers and packages may change at any time.
Tanglo does not offer refunds for: change of mind, unused sessions, expired packages, missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows.
Refunds are only provided where required by UK consumer law.
Customers must treat staff and other clients with respect.
Customers must use equipment responsibly and keep the salon clean and tidy.
Tanglo may refuse service or remove any customer who behaves abusively, inappropriately or unsafely.
CCTV may be in operation for safety and security.
Tanglo maintains its sunbeds and studio to a high standard. Sunbeds are sanitised after every use.
If equipment is unavailable due to maintenance, Tanglo may offer an alternative session or reschedule your appointment.
Tanglo is not liable for skin reactions, burns or discomfort caused by misuse, failure to follow safety advice, or incorrect skin type or health information provided by the customer.
Tanglo is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Tanglo may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will be available on our website or in the salon.
